All companies should live by the credo that Five Guys lives by. Whether you like their products or not, one cannot argue with their values and philosophies. Success came relatively quickly to them. Within a few years, they had several outlets in the area and in just about 16 years, they grew from one restaurant to nearly 1,000 across the nation with another half-dozen in Canada. They base their working philosophy on simple absolutes: good quality, never frozen foods, good service, limited menus, clean facilities, and freshness. This essay discusses this company.
