There is an international epidemic of overweight, obese, and morbidly obese adults and children. Programs that would be successful in reducing this ratio continue to be a high priority for health departments, healthcare practitioners, politicians, families, and most other thinking people. This paper is a continuation of other papers that presented a program that would reduce childhood obesity rates. The program is called EPODE. This paper reports other studies to demonstrate these types of programs take time, which means that evaluations cannot be accomplished the first year. The statistical method to be used is explained. There are six sources listed in the bibliography of this three page paper.
